Return and Refund Policy.
At Nover Industrial Solutions (Pty) Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that you, our valued customer, are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
1. General Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us via email at support@nover.co.za - If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Alternatively, you may bring the item to our physical store (address will be provided after contacting us). Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You receive the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
3. Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@nover.co.za
5. Additional Terms
- Delivery costs incurred by Nover Industrial Solutions (Pty) Ltd for returns will not be refunded.
- A collection fee may apply if multiple failed attempts are made to collect the returned product.
- If a return is not approved after assessment, a delivery fee may apply to send the product back to you.
- If a return is initiated due to an error in the product selection on your part, you will be responsible for covering both the return shipping costs and the delivery fees for the replacement order.
